Mr. Hideya Iemura
H2 Milk Farm is dedicated to modernizing dairy farming in India, aiming to contribute to job creation and the stabilization of milk production. Guided by our philosophy of “connecting people, creating meaningful connections, and leaving a positive impact on the planet,” we operate overseas businesses and support the recruitment and development of talent. We plan to expand our activities across other countries in Asia in the near future.
Our journey began in 2017, when we hosted Indian students as interns at our predecessor company, sparking our interest in expanding into India. By 2030, India is expected to become the world’s most populous country, with roughly half of its workforce engaged in agriculture, making it one of the leading dairy nations. In the northwestern regions, where many people are vegetarian, milk-derived protein plays a vital role in daily nutrition, and fresh milk is an essential part of life.
Based on thorough market research and expert guidance, we carefully selected reliable local partners. In August 2019, we established our local subsidiary, H2 Milk Farm Private Limited, in a rural area of Rajasthan, northwestern India. We built our farm and began producing fresh milk and ghee, collaborating closely with the local agricultural community to develop a sustainable dairy business.
At H2 Milk Farm, we value human connections and strive to deliver the “Made with Japan” standard through our work in rural India, with plans to expand our business throughout Asia.

My journey in dairy farming began in 2017, when I traveled to Japan for an internship that completely changed my understanding of agriculture.
During those two formative years, I was inspired by Japan’s advanced technology, innovative farming practices, and its uncompromising pursuit of excellence. These experiences became the foundation for my vision — to bridge Japanese innovation with India’s agricultural heritage.
In 2019, I co-founded H2 Milk Farm in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, together with Mr. Hideya Iemura.
Our shared goal was clear: to build a sustainable dairy model that honors India’s rich traditions while incorporating Japan’s technological precision and quality standards.
Driven by this mission, I am deeply committed to empowering rural dairy farmers through modern technology, innovation, and education. My focus extends far beyond running a profitable dairy business — it’s about creating a model that transforms rural lives and communities through sustainable growth.
